Introduction:
How are you going to get the students to recall yesterdays lesson and how it relates to what you are doing today? How will you capture student attention?
Introduction Activity Description 1. Line up birthdaysdivide them in 6 groups. Have them write what they know about Christianity, Judaism, and Islam on a sheet of paper with a partner a. Have questions on slidefounder, founding date, tenants, beliefs, associations, etc 2. Share what they came up withwrite it on the board as they share under three headings (Christianity, Judaism, and Islam) a. When done, make connections by underlining them (leaders, founding date, texts, etc.) b. Ask students to share stories of people they know that follow these religions c. Share my own stories of living with a Jewish roommate
