AFFIDAVIT/UNDERTAKING (SPORTS)

I have been allowed provisional admission to---------------------------------(name of degree programme) at the GC University, Faisalabad on SPORTS BASIS. After seeking admission, I will attend sports period/join sports events as per schedule notified by the Directorate of Sports in/outside GC University, Faisalabad. In case, I failed to attend sports period/join sports events in accordance with the notified schedule, this will be considered as violation of one of the admission conditions. In that case, the Sports Board shall have the right either to impose prescribed fine or recommend canceling my provisional admission which will depend upon the intensity of violation.

In the case of cancellation of admission, I shall accept the decision of the Sports Board and not file any suit/writ before any Court of Law against the said decision.
