"If your room will be paid for by the church you must send a " copy of the churchs tax exempt document with the names of " the guests your church is paying for prior to your arrival. "There are other hotels in the area. " To insure that you obtain a room you need to reserve your " room no later than March 15th. "Due to limited room availability because of sports " tournaments, there is a high risk that no rooms will be " available in Owensboro after March 15th.
