Orez chinezesc Ingrediente: orez, sare. Mod de preparare Se spala orezul in citeva ape.

Se pune intr-o cratita si se adauga atita apa rece incit sa-l acopere cu cel mult 1 cm, si se mai adauga si sare. Se lasa la foc iute, dar dupa ce a dat 2-3 clocote se acopera cratita si se face focul extrem de mic. Dupa cca 25 de minute apa s-a evaporat si orezul este fiert. Pofta buna!
