    According to Part #8 of the Rules and Regulations of the BCHSGRA:
    Girls can only compete for the school at which they are registered. The exception is as
    follows: On a case by case basis, the executive will discuss and rule on individual requests for
    players, where their school does not have a rugby team, to join a team at a school that they
    are not registered at. These rulings will be shared with the zone coordinators and the
    membership.
