Job description from July 23 2011 to July 23 2013

1. Coordinate with all the parties involve in the project (client, consultant, main contractor, sub-contractor, specialty contractors, supplier and other departments) 2. Evaluates variation works and prepare necessary technical docs and bill of quantities 3. Perform estimates for project requirements (material, manpower and equipment) 4. Prepare program of works (construction schedule, delivery sched, manpower and equipment loading) 5. Maintain proper arrangement of technical docs, submittals and other documentation to support project execution 6. Prepare all necessary submittals (MS, MIR, RSI, RFI, WIR, DR, etc) 7. Observe project guidelines 8. Prepare and Conduct meeting (CCM, Toolbox and Safety Meeting) 9. Resolve project issues (Work and Safety Issues) 10. Constantly coordinate with the purchasing dept to ensure quality of materials prior to purchase, delivery and during delivery. 11. Prepare monthly project progress billing and supporting documents 12. Manage the collaboration of all deciplines and observe logical sequence of work to avoid conflict of work 13.
