3.1 What is ALS A&E LSDS

using the Unified Guidelines for the ALS Contracting Scheme with Service Providers (NGOs, LGUs, SUCs, other GOs and other to provide learners a rprovate organizations ange of flexible learning support services in order that they may continue their learning outside of the formal school system and upgrade their skills and competencies in preparation for taking the ALS A&E tests.

C. A&E Learning Process


The Instructional Manager

a four-year degree holder preferably with education units and with experience in NFE or in community organizing Believe in the goals and objectives of the NFE A&E System Share and understand the immediate concerns of the learners; Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Filipino;

The Community Learning Center (CLC) It can be a community learning center, a multipurpose hall or the learner can choose a place where to study the learning materials
