Turbine Control

Turbine control system structure Refer to the drawing, turbine control system contains DEH, ETS and TSI system. DEH is for turbine control, ETS is for turbine protection, TSI is for turbine supervising, EH for turbine actuating. DEH is the central control system of turbine, it measures the signals of equipment on site, receives command of operator, calculates and control the turbine to optimum operation condition, positions the valves. TSI monitors fast dynamic parameters. For example: absolute vibration, relative vibration, acceleration, cylinder expansion, differential expansion, rotor position and so son. Supplies TDM (Turbine Analyzing ) with credible data.

ETS protects the turbine in 10ms cycle time, any danger condition will cause a turbine trip immediately. ETS contains a first trip record, supply operator with credible data to trip analyze. Temp. switches, pressure switches, IO channels, controllers are redundant, makes sure turbine trip correctly and on time. EH (Electric Hydraulic System) contains the oil supply system, actuators. By function, it is divided to AST (Auto Stop Turbine Oil), OPC (Overspeed Protection Oil), HP (High Pressure Oil), DV (No-pressure Return Oil), DP (Pressure Return Oil). EH is the power station of valves moving.
