DOC PROJECT COMPETITION From Crucifixion to Resurrection Join Fr. Morcos in the DOC From Crucifixion to Resurrection competition!

Learn, grow and share your experience as you take a journey with our Lord Jesus Christ from the passions of the cross to the glories of His resurrection! COMPETITION PRIZES: First place: every team member will receive a $100 American Express gift card! Second place: every team member will receive a $50 American Express gift card! All participants: an exciting journey with many spiritual gifts and blessings COMPETITION DETAILS: Sign up with other team members by March 19. Teams should have three to four members. Each team will come up with a creative 20-30 minute presentation (examples: produce and video record a short film; power point presentations; skits; video record interviews with priests, servants, youth and/or other experts; a combination of various presentation methods; etc.) to answer this question: Are the crucifixion and resurrection real and why are these two events important to our life today? For a team to be eligible to win: Starting on March 22, at least two team members must arrive to DOC meetings no later than 7:30 p.m. and participate in project workshops plus provide servants with a weekly update on their progress. Teams will use at least four different resources to complete the project and will provide a list of those resources to DOC servants. Examples of resources: Holy Bible; interviews with priests; interviews with servants; books; online resources; articles; etc. COMPETITION SCHEDULE: March 22 through April 12 Team workshops during the DOC meetings on Fridays. Prayers and hymns start at 7:00 p.m. followed by a 30 minute spiritual meditation by Fr. Morcos from 7:30 to 8:00 p.m. Team workshops are from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. April 19 Presentations before panel of servants April 26 Presentations before panel of servants May 10 DOC Resurrection Feast Celebration Winners announced!
