    Take a sentence as my friend did, or a picture that would imply the fulfillment of your desire. Hold it in your mind's eye. Don't tell anyone, but persuade yourself of its truth and drop into a deep sleep. If you do this, no power on earth can stop your desire from objectifying itself.
