Dr. Stone treats adults and children, and is an expert in preventive care, teeth whitening, crown and bridge work, porcelain veneers, cosmetic bonding and the Invisalign system. She is an advocate of the eight-hour smile technique, which incorporates the use of immediate load implants and requires only one surgical procedure. She also offers syringe-free, painless Novocaine for patients with sensitive teeth and gums. Although Dr. Stones main focus is dentistry and incorporates the most state-ofthe-art techniques, her private practice has evolved into providing total makeovers, a strong signal of the entrepreneurial spirit which first drove her to offer innovative dental care. As an adjunct professor at Marjorie K. Unterberg School of Nursing and Health Studies at Monmouth University, Tracey implements the curriculum for Wisdom and Wellness of Aging to educate future generations of senior care providers. We Care Adult Care is also a clinical site for many of the New Jersey colleges and universities. Despite the funding obstacles placed in front of her when she and her partner incorporated We Care Adult Care, and the lack of awareness of adult day care options, Tracey continued to battle for the survival of her dream. All her hard work paid off and We Care Adult Care is entering its 13th year in business. We Care Adult Care has thrived in that time, winning the Small Business Success Award by the NJ Small Business Development Center and receiving Proclamations from Senator Joseph Kyrillos for outstanding Service to the Community.
