GB 9685-2008 Hygienic standards for uses of additives in food containers and packaging materials
Dear valued customer: Referring to GB9685-2008 Hygienic standards for uses of additives in food containers and packaging materials, we can state the following: 1. With Siegwerk inks, it is possible to fulfill the requirements of GB 9685-2008. 2. The GB 9685-2008 contains a list of additives, pigments, solvents, resins and other materials. This list is constantly growing; please refer to http://www.codeofchina.com/ for the most recent version. 3. For those substances not yet included in the GB 9685-2008 list which is the majority of raw materials used inks printed on the non-food contact surfaces of food packaging - we are communicating closely with the China Printing Ink Association and related Government departments.
