Agenda :

1. MESA website hosting: a) Giving finishing touches to existing website. b) Site will have a discussion forum for various projects c) Alumni helping/ directing on campus students for academic as well as extracurricular projects. d) It will contain a list of companies/distributors of parts needed during projects so that new entrants do not have to search for same things again and again. e) List of available and usable inventory with professors and technical clubs on campus/students on campus. 2. Creating a storage and workplace for small extracurricular projects to boost participation of in various nationwide technical festivals. 3. Encourage on campus students to host workshops emphasizing practical work in their areas of expertise and hence create a technical culture. If possible they will be allowed to generate revenue for their own project through it.
