Ingrediente piper, sare, patrunjel, 100g smantana grasime 20%, 1 cutie masline negre fara samburi, 1 lamaie, 150g

salam uscat, 150g salam afumat, 150g carne de vita (muschi afumat), 150g carne de porc (muschi afumat), 3 rosii medii, 1 ceapa rosie medie, 4 castraveti murati, 2 litri apa

Metoda de preparare

Se taie castravetii julien si se adauga in 2 litri de apa, se pun la fiert 10 minute. Ceapa se caleste in tigaie pana devine transparenta, dupa care se adauga rosiile si se mai lasa 2-3 minute. Apoi, se adauga in castron alaturi ce castraveti.

Se mai lasa la fiert 5 minute si se adauga mezelurile taiate, se amesteca si se lasa la fiert pentru 15 minute. La final se condimenteaza cu sare si piper, se adauga patrunjelul si se opreste aragazul.

La servire in fiecare farfurie se adauga o felie de lamaie, cateva masline si patrunjel tocat. La dorinta se adauga si cate o lingura de smantana.
