When: Friday, May 1, 2009

Where: The Battleground at Deer Park
Time: Shotgun starts at 8:00 a.m.
Format: 4 man scramble

• $150.00 for a hole sponsor* with a sign.

• Cost will be $350.00 per team or $425.00 includes a hole sponsor*, $100.00 for individuals.
• Mulligans may be purchased before you start, at the rate of $5.00 each, 2 per player
maximum.
• There will be 2 long drive holes separated by A&B and C&D golfers, plaques for prizes.
• There will also be 2 closest to the pin holes separated by A&B and C&D golfers, plaques
for prizes.
• With the considerable growth of APIP we expect the tournament to fill up quick so get your
registration in early. We always have individuals looking for a team so come out and play.
• Companies are encouraged to contribute door prizes or handouts for free publicity.

* NOTE: Hole sponsors must be submitted no later than April 22nd so that we have
sufficient time to get the signs prepared.
