Equipment Needed
Must stay within their designated lanes for passing so they do not get hit by others sticks. Stick blades must stay on the ground while moving and may not be raised above students knee while practicing skills.
It will be determined the daily learning objectives were met by this assessment strategy: Daily Learning Objective Assessment Method Observe students while they practice their passing. Students will perform all exercises.
Daily Learning Objectives SWBAT demonstrate and participate in the basic skills correlated with passing. SWBAT participate in wall sits, curl ups, plank, and push up.

FitStat Workout
Students will run one lap around cones then perform 2 sit-and reach/ hang down stretches on their own Students will be guided through 10 pushups and 20 curl-ups, then 1minute of wall-sits and plank

Stationary Passing
Students will be evenly disperse within 3 distinct lanes and will pass back and forth with their partner

Students will pass with partners in lanes while moving down the gym floor

Students will change back into their normal school clothes, comes out and fills out their self-motivation
Students will pass with partners while moving down the gym floor. 3 lines will be formed on each half of the gym with pucks in the middle, weave passing and middle to wing passing will be done. N/A
