Please join us for the Bridge to Bridge ride this Saturday, April 27th.

Location: Time: Restrooms: Course: Angelo Rodriquez High School 5000 Red Top Rd, Fairfield Arrive by 8:00 am ~ Roll at 8:30 am May be available if school gym is open ~ no guarantee 49 miles through some of Solano and Contra Costa counties prettiest Sections. We begin in Fairfield with a nice warm up and a few rollers, pass through Benicia to the new Benicia Bridge bike trail. We ride across the bridge and enter Martinez. Our ride through Martinez will take us along the outskirts of the city and along the waterfront. After crossing the width of Martinez we will enjoy a nice country canyon road that will take us up into Post Costa. Here we will get some heart pumping hill climbing followed with some curvy downhills. Once we get into the town of Crockett we will climb up and out onto a highway that will offer a complete vista of grassy knolls and ocean. This scenic highway will take us to the Carquinez Bridge bike trail and into Vallejo. We will continue past Mare Island and on toward the marshes that are home to many species of birds. We will travel through Vallejo and up to another bike trail (on land) that will take us back to our starting point. Hopefully my description has enticed you to come and enjoy this adventure with us ~ even those of you who live far away!
