PromoteStirchleyStoreswithinthelocalcommunity,atevents, advertisingandthroughsocialmedia. Actasthemaincontactforallvolunteers,offeringadviceandinformation througheffectivecommunication. Toworkwith,planforandguideavarietyofvolunteerswhooffertheir servicestohelpwiththedaytodayrunningoftheshop,including organisingtherota. Tokeeprecordsofpersonalattendanceandtraining. Managethetrainingbudget. Toattendgeneralmeetingsasrequired. Tocarryoutanyothertaskswhichmaybereasonablyregardedasfalling withintheworkrequirementsoftherole,andworkcollaborativelywith othermembersofthevolunteerteamtoachievethecommonobjectives ofthecooperative. Previousexperienceofvolunteermanagement,aswellascommunity engagementmethodsinalocalcontext.Youshouldhaveexperienceof managingpeopleandtheabilitytomentorandmotivateindividualsand teams. Abletodemonstrateanactiveinterestandknowledgeofethicalfoodand living Excellentcommunication,interpersonalandpresentationskills.High standardsofreportingandpresentationskillsareessential,togetherwith budgetmanagementexperience. Demonstrableexperienceofindependentlyorganisingandprioritising tasks PCliteratewhichwillincludetheuseofdatabasesandbecapableof usingsocialmediasitestopromotetheCooperativeandengagewith potentialvolunteers. Experienceinvolunteerrecruitment/coordinationandhaveagood understandingofvolunteermotivations. Experiencedeliveringahighlevelofcustomerservice,ideallywithina foodorretailenvironment. Administrationexperience.
