RRUs

RRUS ports sealing well and use tei-wrap at both ends of isolation Sealing well for 3G antenna ports. Flexible tubes used for fiber and power cables from RRU Port till the 1st Cable Clamp from Up tower on ladder.

RRUs

For PAC rectification, RRU fixation bolts painted with spray . RRU earth cable should be connected to earth bar & if there is no bar , Earth cable can be connected to tower body with Cclamp and evidence photo should be supplied.

Jumpers Systemization

All Jumpers have the same Cross section and labeled from both ends(RRU side& antenna side) All Up tower systemizations is done by Wide Plastic Tie wraps.

RF Jumper arrangement

All Jumper Cables must be fixed by double clamps

Fiber & power cables arrangement in cable tray.

RRUS power & fiber cables should be protected by Fixable tubes at Tray Entrance. & fixed by double clamps along the tower & inside cable tray. For sites which cable tray crowded with feeder cables, fiber and power cables arranged with black tei-wrap and make a good arrangement for both fiber and power cables considering separation between power and signal cables.

2- 3G Cabinet

Flexible tubes under cabinets sealing (For Cabinet Entrance & OD DDF).

Extra Fiber

Extra Fiber cables Should be turned in a separated circles then fixed by 4 wide plastic Tie wraps & left in a safe position in cable tray for O/D sites. For indoor sites extra fiber is left on ladder side which has minimum number of cables.

BBU Labels

Label Holder must be used in all BBU & E1 cables it is already included in 3G Accessories. For DC box connections: RRU cables should be connected to 10A switch ( SW 3-6 support 10A). BBU connected to 6A switch( SW1,2)

Arrangement for power and fiber cables

Both fiber &power cables should have good arrangement for indoor work, also separation of power cables from signal cables.

2- 3G Cabinet

Power Cables should be separated of Fiber cables & going up to BBU from Different sides.
