• Amestecam pe foc apa cu zaharul si untul, si lasam sa fiarba • •

cateva clocote. Adaugam nuca de cocos si lasam sa fiarba cateva minute. Se lasa putin sa se racoreasca, apoi se adauga laptele praf si esenta. Se omogenizeaza bine pana se obtine o pasta buna de modelat. Se pune la rece pentru 1-2 ore. Dupa racire se fac bilute care se tavalesc prin nuca de cocos. Puteti pune in mijlocul lor migdale, alune, fistic.
