Dear Sir Defects Liability Certificate We now consider that all works of amendment, reconstruction, remedying defects, shrinkages and other faults required to be carried out under Clauses 49 and 50 of the Conditions have now completed. May we therefore request the issue of the Defects Liability Certificate pursuant to Clause 62.1 of the Conditions.
