Jessey Jones

of the year

has worked for Bayaud for more than 12 years and is currently the manager of the General Office Skills Training program (GOST). Her efforts in continually renewing the program have resulted in new curriculum, and an ability to work with individuals who are college graduates to those who have cognitive challenges. Throughout her time at Bayaud, Jessey has successfully managed several federal contracts, helped revolutionize the organizations safety planning, and worked to create new partnerships with other community nonprofits. Through her ability to creatively take on new challenges, develop innovative programming, and be a solution-oriented staff member, Jessey has been an asset to the entire organization. Jesseys passion, dedication to her students, and creative ideas to support Bayauds mission have made her an outstanding and beloved member of Bayauds team.

Latoya Beckworth

also known as the foundation of the Bayaud Resource & Navigation Department, supports her team with clear, direct communication that balances humor, compassion and getting the job done. Since the beginning of the program, she has gone above and beyond the scope of her job description to further Bayauds mission, as well as provide an efficient and respectful workplace for her department. Latoya greets every individual who walks through her door with a smile, a warm welcome, and an innate understanding of the difficult situations they may be facing. Having gone through our General Office Skills Training program herself, she is very familiar with Bayauds mission and firmly believes in our work. Latoya inspires others daily with her drive and passion, and has been an invaluable member of the Bayaud team since she first came to the organization.
