Ryan Vance

has been employed at Bayaud in the Document Destruction program as a customer service representative since March 2008. His responsibility is to provide service to our shredding customers all over the Denver Metro area, picking up materials and representing the Bayaud team. Ryan has the most pick-up runs out of all of Bayauds drivers, due to the large area he is assigned. On a daily basis, he drives the Bayaud shredding truck all over the Denver metro area, including Aurora and Boulder. In the five years Ryan has been in this position, he has held a perfect driving record and has consistently provided exemplary service. Bayaud is regularly contacted by satisfied customers, calling to compliment Ryans outstanding customer service. His supervisors know that they can always count on him to go above and beyond all expectations.

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Human Capital Field Support, has been a loyal customer of Bayauds shredding service for more than six years. Since 2007, Bayaud has assisted HUD in two location moves with purges, and on-site weekly document destruction services. In that period of time, Bayaud has shred and recycled more than 25 tons of HUDs confidential materials. In 2012 alone, eight tons of paper was shred and recycled. Bayaud wishes to thank Robert Mocon, who from the start, has always strived to support Bayaud through HUDs shredding services, as well as other services they may require. Thanks to Mr. Mocons diligence, Bayaud now delivers pallets of organized boxes to the National Archives on a weekly basis. With the performance of these two services, Bayaud is able to maintain three full-time employment positions for individuals with mental, emotional, and economic challenges. Bayaud is fortunate to have Mr. Mocon and HUD as partners to meet and further grow our mission.
