    WHEREAS company name who are established and reputable manufacturers of Hospital Beds having factories at Sanxing Town Industry Zone,Zhangjiagang City,Jiangsu China. Do hereby authorize M/s CROWN INTERNATION AGENCY LIMITED P.O Box 20838, Dar-esSalaam to submit a Bid, and subsequently negotiate and sign the Contract with you against IFN No. IE009/2012-2013/HQ/G/3 1 for the above goods manufactured by us. We hereby extend our full guarantee and warranty as per Clause 18 of the General Conditions of Contract for the goods offered for supply by the above firm against this Invitation for Bids.
