Here is evidence, the CSA are trading as a company, they are NOT an authority and they hold no LAWFUL

jurisdiction over anybody. They are the most corrupt Government run agency it became apparent that most of us Non Resident Parents are being told by Agency staff that they are the LAW or they have the power to remove money from wages, from bank accounts, remove your driving license and send you to prison.

CHILD POVERTY DOES NOT EXIST, it is a smoke screen being used to remove money by trying to enforce what we call Statute Law upon the NRP.

Statute Legislation
Statute legislation, it is known as the Child Support Act 1991 or Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008. A statute is a legislative rule of society given the force of law by consent of the Governed, the Governed...being the people. If you have not consented to adhering to their forceful law then they cannot lawfully or legally enforce it upon you, and if they have no signed contract between you and themselves then taking money from wages, benefits bank accounts or whatever then this is classed as treason. I had not signed anything regarding those liability orders. They are to return all monies paid as they are not an authority and have no lawful jurisdiction over me.

There is the proof, the Child Support Agency who was controlled by the Child maintenance Enforcement Commission is a company, a run for Profit Company, they are NOT an authority. So the DEO enforced upon me was unlawful. Here is further proof they were still under the DWP. So that investigation which was carried out was not independent. They were still part of the DWP and are now back under the DWP.
