    Hollinger 2 The first reference I intend to use is from a college journal. It discusses the use of a new test to help a person that plans to go back to college identify variables that will help them or hinder them in their personal success. This article discusses the use of this assessment tool in colleges in the future. It is aimed to help a student figure out what is keeping them from being successful in school. It will also help colleges identify issues a student may have and allow them to help that student succeed and complete a degree. (Kim, 2010) My second reference will be a study on students, both traditional and nontraditional, and their differing issues when attending school. This discusses how both types of students approach things such as stress, time management, and motivation. It talks about college activities, the college experience and how this will have an effect on both groups of students. (Forbus, 2011)
