Wewillusethefollowingcriteriainselectingour46companiestoanalyzeandcompare.We willselectcompanieswithdiversegeographiclocationsandareasofoperating,ofdifferent sizes,andsimilarareasofbusinessfocus. ProjectExclusions: *Projectexclusionsclearlydefinewhatisconsideredoutofthescopeoftheproject. Weshallexcludecompaniesthatdonothaveenoughqualitativeandquantitativedataforus toanalyse.WeshallomitcompaniesthatarenotfocusedontheRealEstateManagement sectorastheircorebusiness,ie,conglomerates.Weshallomitanalysinggeneraloperations dataandlifecycledataforthesecompanies.

Weshalllimitourcomparisonsto46companiesintheinterestoftimeallottedforthisproject. Wewilllimitourcomparisonsofdatathatarerelevanttooperational,Economicandsocial standpoint.
