    Simply follow these steps to experience successful fits. STEP 1: C  hoose trial lens based on patients full distance spectacle sphere STEP 2: E  valuate vision after 5 minutes binocularly under normal light conditions STEP 3: D  ispense lenses if near and distance vision are satisfactory If vision isnt satisfactory, see Fine-Tuning Recommendations on presbyopesinyourpractice.com For patients with a spectacle ADD of:

    +1.25D

    use two low ADDs

    use two high ADDs with additional -0.25D or -0.50D, +1.50 to +1.75D which should be added to the distance power > +2.00D use two high ADDs
