Banana Cheese Cake

Ripe bananas 450 g Self Raising Flour 450g Sugar 300g Butter 125g Milk 190ml eggs 4 nos bicarbonat powder 1.5 teaspoons essence vanila 0.5 teaspoons. cream cheese 125g walnut 50g (cut) Mix and beat bananas and sugar thoroughly. 2.Add butter and cream cheese and beat well. Add egg one by one beat till well mixed. Add milk and essence vanilla. Add flour into the mixture slowly till thoroughly mixed. Lastly add walnut and mix well with spatula. Bake with 170 degree for 20 mins till the cake raise. Then turn to 150 bake for 20 mins then 140 degree for20mins. (my oven lah. every oven is different)

The purpose of changing temperature is so that the cake won't crack but well baked. Cream cheese is optional but with cream cheese, it definitely tastier loh...
