 Visapak service to Qatar for Cuban Embassy is discontinued, we now have the service only to Kuwait    
 We can accept Visapak shipments to the Cyprus Embassy in Qatar.

 Kindly co‐ordinate with CS for DG shippers not listed in the Approved shippers List; ultimately to be 
handed over to AVGO   
 EASYSHOP product only available to the USA at the moment. Service fee 100 AED & the customer can 
register  online  without  having  to  visit  a  service  point.  FLEXISHIP  option  is  not  available  at  the 
moment; hence all shpts will be fwded as AUTOSHIP. Shpts have to be personally collected at the SPs 
& receiver may only be charged the web printed invoice amount. Insurance is available at 1% of the 
value  OR  40  aed(whichever  is  higher).  Fuel  surcharges  are  applicable  hence  minor  changes  in  the 
freight  charges.  No  Delivery  option  available  only  CC.  we  can  identify  if  a  shpt  is  insured  if  SVP  is 
mentioned on the black stip below the received details on the awb   
 Passports not acceptable to INDIA, PAKISTAN, MOROCCO, UKRAINE, & SRILANKA or otherwise they 
can be send as WPX; in all cases always refer to the Service Directory    
 No TDDs to AMM, BEY, DAM, LON, LHR & all other cities in India except BOM & DEL   
 All  Domestic  shpts  HSBC(3  days),  SCB(25  days),  Citibank(7  days),  Mashreq  (7  days)  &  Emirates 
skywards (7 days)  held for CC can be   collected  ONLY  by  the  Cnee,  no  T/P  collections  are  allowed 
even  with  authorization  letters  provided  by  the  actual  cnee.  No  RT/FD  scans  to  be  done  &  only 
standard remark  “AWAITING DEL” to be captured upon return to the Domestic center   
 Jan‐de‐nul, Abu Dhabi Pipe, Al Asayl, CMS Power Co, Tapco, Jan De Nul , Al Khazna Tannery, Hyundai 
Engineering, Total Tractabel & Emirates float glass  are regular CC @ AHTR ; Major Khalid(GHQ armed 
forces)  &  Larregarray  Marc  are  regular  CC  @  ACTR  ,  Cebarco,  Mr  Yahaya,  porcelain,  Al  sultan 
industrial cement, Emirates float glass are regular CC @ AOPS   
 GWD/WPX to Saudi should have “MADE IN UAE(or any other country)” label or will be RTOed    
 JFB  is  the  destination  code  for  shpts  destined  to  following  banks  only  in  New  York‐Wachovia, 
Deutsche,Bank of new york,Goldman sachs, Hsbc, American express, Jp morgan chase   
 Cash Pick‐ups cannot be sent as DDP or TCPC(except UAE)   
 Tender documents sent as WPX above 4/5 kgs will be held in customs for duty charges & they might 
loose additional 1 or 2 days. All Customers to be alerted!!   
 Do not offer Domestic TDD Service to remote areas like Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Khorfakan, 
Umm Al Quwain, etc. TDD Service is only available for Dubai, Abu Dhabi (city limits), Sharjah & Jebel 
Ali.

4) Only visa applications are accepted @ Ireland Embassy in Dubai(Ireland visa application centre),

5) Pre‐12 to Doha city only (& not to raslafan, meseeid, al khor, dukhan, umbad, shaniya, wakra, duhai,

3) All COO issued to Saudi has to be manually stamped by Chamber of Commerce. Electronic   COO 
suspended for now

need ministry of health approval

3) How to calculate insurance(2% of FI)‐ Example, A shpt going to US; value of shpt is 2500   USD; 
Weight 15 kgs & sent  under Adnoc discount Freight charges is 342 AED 
  Hence Insurance  = {(Value of shpt in AED + freight charges in AED)} / 50 
  = {(2500*3.65)+342} / 50 
  = 262.34
