1. Components for good objectives: a. Performance of the task b. Condition under which it is performed c. Criteria or standards to which performance will be compared. Ex. Upon completion of the training session of knife cuts, the kitchen team member will be able to correctly prepare in a timely manner 5 specific knife cuts from approved list using cutting board and chefs knife, while observing proper safety/sanitation. 2. Goals are statements of intent in the learning process, while objectives do not limit learning, because they provide a minimum of expected achievement.
