Here in the below Screen shots I have taken an Outbound IDOC as an Example but the Process is same for

Both Inbound and IDOC to find the Function Module associated with it.

WE02 T-Code and enter the IDOC No as shown below

Note down the Highlighted details from the Control Record of the I-doc which can be used in WE20 T-Code as shown below.

Now go to T-code We20 for to find out the FM associated with this Idoc.

Double Click on the Msg type ORDCHG in the Outbound Parameters the scree opens as shown below ,select message control Tab and double click on ME11 Process Code.

When you double click on the Process Code We will see the FM Associated with it.

Now on Double clicking the FM will take you to the Code and can Put the Break points where ever necessary.
