EXAMENUL DE LICEN 2013 PROBA I EVALUAREA CUNOTINELOR FUNDAMENTALE I DE SPECIALITATE PENTRU PROGRAMUL DE STUDIU COMUNICARE I RELAII PUBLICE

Proba 1 a examenului de licen const n elaborarea i susinerea oral a unui proiect de planificare strategic, prin rezolvarea unuia dintre cele dou subiecte de mai jos, la alegere. Regulile de redactare sunt stipulate n Propunerile privind redactarea textelor lucrrilor tiinifice, ghid propriu Facultii de Sociologie i Comunicare, disponibil de site-ul facultii. Rezolvarea scris a subiectului Probei 1 se depune n acelai timp cu teza de licen, conform calendarului stabilit de conducere i afiat studenilor, ntr-un dosar separat.

Subiectul A Strategia de comunicare Cerine: Elaborai o strategie de comunicare, ca form a unei prestaii profesionale, urmrind rezolvarea unei probleme reale din mediul organizaional sau comunitar. Orientativ, proiectul va cuprinde: - analiza situaiei actuale, identificarea problemei, explicarea naturii problemei de rezolvat, stabilirea obiectivelor, contextul, scopurile strategiei de comunicare; - definirea sau identificarea publicurilor, cum se poate ajunge la ele prin intermediul diverselor canale media, cum este implicat fiecare public n soluionarea problemei. - descriere detaliat a materialelor, a tehnicilor sau a metodelor folosite n programul de comunicare; planificarea modului de soluionare a problemei/ situaiei existente (mesaje cheie, personalizarea comunicrii n funcie de public, mixul de comunicare, canale, calendar de implementare, diagram Gantt sau timeline, buget); - prezentarea sistemului de evaluare propus, rezultate preconizate, eficiena programului de comunicare, confirmarea sau infirmarea obiectivelor SMART, propuneri cercetri posttestare asupra publicurilor.

Subiectul B Plan de carier Cerine: Elaborai, la alegere, un program de consiliere de carier pentru un client real sau un plan personal de carier, orientat ctre lumea real a pieei muncii i al prestaiilor de comunicare profesional (advertising, publicity, marketing communication, public relations), n vederea valorificrii calificrii universitare obinute de absolventul CRP Braov. Orientativ, proiectul poate dezvolta urmtoarele subiecte: - Consilierea de carier ca prestaie profesional, relaia consiliere orientare; - Modaliti tradiionale de realizare a consilierii pentru carier; - Modaliti moderne de realizare a consilierii pentru carier; pregtirea pentru contactele cu piaa muncii, consilierea carierei asistat de calculator, etc.; - Profesie, competen profesional versus job, ocupaie, carier; - The self-awareness achiziie i dezvoltare a cunoaterii de sine; exerciii de autocunoatere i de planificare a viitorului personal; - Accesul pe piaa muncii i pe piaa prestaiilor profesionale cu profesia de relaionist; joburi i cariere salariale; - Prestaii profesionale pe cont propriu;
