    Clarifications about BNA/CDM EOD: Branch can accept cash even after machine EOD.

    OD. Branch can do multiple machine EODs in a day. In a day, atleast one BNA EOD is mandatory.

    Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) EOD process: Below please find the Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) EOD process: Take the "View Counters" from the CDM/BNA. Tally the physical cash taken from CDM/BNA with the machine counters and CDM/BNA GL Account. After reconciliation, clear the CDM/BNA counters. Execute finacle cash entry by using option HCASHDEP. The Narration while transferring the cash from CDM/BNA account to Cashier's account will be: BNA CLOSING BALANCE DTD......... TRANSFER TO CASHIER'S A/C For excess/short cash, if any, kindly refer our circular Circular No: DBG/DISTRIBUTION/76/1011 dated 4th March'11
