    This Memorandum of Understanding establishes an agreement between the Human Potential Development Centre, an assessing body, and a Training/VTP Center to provide testing facilities for skill assessments under the Skill Development Initiative Scheme. The VTP Center agrees to provide necessary infrastructure and support for HPDC to conduct assessments of candidates in approved trades. In exchange, HPDC will pay the VTP Center 10% of assessment fees collected from candidates. Representatives from both parties sign to agree to the terms.

    Memorandum of Undertaking (MOU) This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is signed on date ____________ between Human Potential Development Centre

    e (HPDC), an Assessing Body having registered office at 282, Jodhpur Park, 2nd Floor (West), Kolkata 700068 herein after called as The First Party (which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context means and include its successors and assigns of the first party). And The TC / VTP (Registration number, if VTP) _______________________________________________________ located at ________________________________________________________________________herein after called as The Second Party (which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context means and include its successors and assigns of the second party) for the assessment of candidates under Skill Development Initiative (MES) Scheme. Subject: MOU to provide Testing Centre facilities to conduct skill assessments under SDI Scheme Modular Employable Skills (MES) of DGET, Government of India. In response to the above, we confirm that we have the facilities needed for conducting the assessment of candidates as per the detail below TC / VTP Name & Registration Number Address, Contact number & E-mail Id of the TC / VTP Trades approved under MES Scheme Trades to be assessed by Assessing Body Name of the Assessing Body

    We are glad to confirm our consent/acceptance to provide all the needed infrastructural facilities and support to HPDC for facilitating the process of assessments. For this purpose, HPDC will be paying us 10% of the assessment fee received from the candidates.
