    7-3, 3-11 & 11-7 SHIFTS STAFFING FOR 2 WEEKS


    Grp 1 Oct, Grp 2 Nov Grp 3 Dec Grp 4 Jan 2013 1 head nurse 5 nurses

    Head Nurse
    HN always 7-3 , can have straight 16 hours, provided its 7-3 & 3-11 only OFF days on SAT & SUN constant Deload twice every Monday 2 weeks interval

    5 NURSES
    Can be assigned at any shifts Can have 16 hours duty straight (7-3 & 3-11 or 3-11 to 11-7) OFFS should be equal to all nurses except for the HN 11-7shift distribution should be at least equal to all Straight duty-should be at least equal to all
