    Subvention Scheme Woodland Heights

    Customer to pay 15% in 60 days and 5% on offer of possession. Bank will pay the balance 80% after 60 days subject to customers housing loan getting approved in the interim. Interest on housing loan will be paid by DLF for upto 24 Months from the date of booking. Thereafter all EMIs /Interest to be paid by customer. Rate of interest of 10.25% provided the customer opens an account in the Axis Bank. DLF Axis Customer will sign a Tripartite Agreement as per format enclosed.
