    PREFACE

    In order to bring the innovative skills of studies, project work has been included in our curriculum. Its objective to tap potential of students creative ability by enabling them to work independently in producing a worth wile project. After completion of two years theoretical knowledge, project work gives us n exposure to the outside business environment. Procurement is the first operative function of personal management, which can be subdivided into various sub-functions like human resource planning, recruitment and selection. Management should determine the kind of personal required for a job and number of persons to employed. The organization should also find out the man for the right job in the right time. The knowledge of the jobs is essential to perform these functions.

    Chapter-1: Deals with introduction, Company and Industrial profile of the Company.

    Chapter-2: Deals with objectives and research methodology and research design of the project and limitations of the study.

    Chapter-3: Deals with analysis and interpretation.

    Chapter-4: Deals with Findings and Suggestions.
