Gargee Good Analysis by Shiv Chadha ji : I have made her chart using JH software. Asc. Is
Cancer 27*35 With Saturn Retro placed there. Ve and Me are placed in 7th house, Jupiter from
the 9th house aspects Lagna. Moon is in 2nd house, Rahu in the 4th House, placing Ketu in the
10th.
For discussing, a females chart we must be aware of special D30 rules of Female Horoscopy.
If birth is in even sign, called feminine sign birth in last 12* are not favoured because they give
birth in D30 of Mars or Saturn and give some unhealthy signs in the nature but Jupiters aspect
on Lagna or his placement in Kendra are modifying feature. (without discussing D30 rules, I
have not discussed Eleanor Roosevelts chart, its waiting).
We see Saturn from Lagna aspecting 7th house Capricorn and Saturn will not harm his own
house. Me and Venus are more than 27* far from the Sun so Mercury is benefic. Me+Ve is a
good sign of intelligence and aspect of friend Saturn does not do harm. So D1 does not give
indication of divorce. But question arises will retrograde 7th lord, aspected by Ju lead to divorce?
One must look for reason in D9 chart. One must look for reason in D9 chart. Members must
address questions seriously and not 'may be', 'could be' etc. will do. Does this chart need
correction to justify divorce? More....later
Her Sat is tied in a Shrinkhala yog- Sat in sign of Moon, Moon in sign of Sun, Sun in sign of
Saturn. The circle is complete and its a vicious circle of indecision to keep her on tenterhooks
for long, since long. The houses involved are lagna (self), 2nd house (family, her family), 8th
house (inheritance, health) and also between Gk (relations, enemies), Pk (issue, love relation),
Bk (coborns). The indecision caused by these factors will affect her health- Rahu Ketu axis in
4th/10th can give ulcers. (We must go to D3 chart to conclude). But wait her chart needs
correction.
Going to D9 chart 7th lord Mer with Jupiter in Meen lagna aspects 7th house, a very strong
indicator of happy married life in spite of paapkartari yog formed by Mars + Sat in 6th and
Ketu in the 8th.
Correction of birth time:- Her lagna with reported birth time is 27 Cancer 37. It is very likely
that doctor handling delivery reported/noted birth time a little, few minutes late, as his prime
concern was safe delivery and safety of mother and newborn. So D9 could be Kumbha which
gives Lagna degree lesser than 26 Cancer 30. By changing birth time to 5.35 we get Sa and Ma
with Mo, 6th lord in the 7th house of D9 chart in Leo sign. But this birth time gives safe
marriage in D60 chart.
So birth time should be pushed back further by 7.00 to get Leo Lagna in D60. Here Su is in
Lagna and 7th lord Sa in 7th with Ra and Ke in Lagna and 7th house axis. This gives unhappy
first marriage resulting into divorce. In D7 chart 5th house and 5th lord Ve is aspected is
aspected by Ma, a male graha. She did have a male child whose custody the ex husband has
taken. Why? D7 has Ve in 4th from Ma and Sa in 10th , argala cancelled by vipreet argala. She is
from time to time allowed to go and see her son. How? Su in 11th forms argala to Ma and no
vipreet argala in 3rd house to cancel it. Use of argala and vipreet argala is my own
innovation/assessment and need to be tested in divisional charts before it can be put as a rule.
Here cooperation and sharing of learned astrological fraternity is needed.
Before going into further analysis and decision on 2nd marriage may be made, need is to ask in
which dasa she married. This questioning and correcting requires one to one session with the
client and giving reading on FB is not my cup of tea. So I asked her on the phone as to when did
she marry. She was married on 30th May 1997 in Taurus- Sag Sag when Ju was aspecting 7th

from Sag. Remember for women Ju is karak for husband and marriage, not Venus. Jup is
vargottam i.e. same sign same D9 i.e. Meen. Jup is Ak- so yog for Moksha, birth-rebirth cycle
ends in this birth.
Will there be 2nd marriage (corrected birth time of 5.28 PM)? How 2nd marriage is seen- (1) KN
Rao says see it from 9th house. (2) Devakeralam from 11th house (3) some say from 2nd house
(4) Jaimini 2nd from Uppada (5) KN Rao- 2nd from darakarak D9. Which one to choose?
First, let us see yogas for two marriages:(1) two planets in the 7th house- Ve and Me, Sa in lagna opposed and broke one marriage.
(2) two planets Ju and Me in the 2nd house of D9 chart- one planet Ve in 12th house, broke the
marriage (vipreet argala).
(3) Sa, Ma, Mo in the 7th house of D9 chart, of two malefic one broke marriage, one graha
survives, 2nd marriage survives.
(4) Uppada:- 12th lord Me in 7th house, i.e. 8th place, counting 8th place from 7th house, we get
2nd house. Mo is in the 2nd house aspected by Su and Ma. Aspect of Sun on Mo is positive,
hope for 2nd marriage.
(5) Dk in D9 of Makar, so 2nd from Makar sign (see in D1) is Su aspected by Mo. So 2nd
marriage is indicated.
(6) seeing from 9th house- 9th house has Ju with argala of Ke (2nd) and vipreet argala of Suin
12th (argala cancelled), 11th house from 9th has argala of Me and Ve, vipreet argala of Ma in the
3rd (one argala survives), and 5th has secondary argala of Sa and no vipreet argala in the 9th.
(7) In D9 chart 2nd house has argala of Su, 4th house has Ve, 11th house has Ma, Mo, Sa. Result
positive.
You can not understand how much relief I get in indicating 2nd marriage, a positive answer. It is
very difficult to give negative answer even to bravehearts who can take such answer in its stride.
Now 2nd Marriage when? Using triple transit of KN Rao, Sa in Libra is aspecting her 7th lord Sa
and Ju in Ge does not aspect 7th house or 7th lord but within a year move to Cancer where it will
be over 7th lord Sa and aspect 7th house as well. Mars will also give his aspect to 7th house and
then marriage can be expected.
Marriage in what dasa and sub dasa? Wait and give opinion.
