Agenda #1 : Sarangkot coffee shop Changes in prices have been made. The Coke refrigerator needs to be confirmed and if not then the price of 100ltr refrigerator from Himstar, CG and Yashuda will be checked out. Shubhekchha will find out if we will get a VAT bill for all the items or not.

Agenga #2 : Menu for Hemja/Sarangkot The menu for Sarangkot is fixed. A few changes in the prices has been made. The menu for Hemja will be re-done.

Agenda #3 : Colleges visit Niraj and Shubhekchha will start visiting the corporate market.

Agenda #4 : Coffee packets Bharat sir has taken back the coffee packets.

Agenda #5 : Souvenir rates The souvenir rates will be discussed again in the next meeting. Niraj will visit Puja Enterprises as a possible vendor for t-shirts.

Agenda #6 : Information about bungee Our bungee will be ready by the first week of December. Instead of its height we will focus on the other features like its nearness from Pokhara. For now it is just a regular bungee. Water touch bungee is not confirmed. We will have jump masters from Europe for the bungee.

Agenda #7 : Scheme for September onwards Niraj will prepare a new scheme for the agents for the month of September.

Agenda #8 : Nepali Prices (Zipline) The price for Nepali people has been fixed at NPR 2890.

Agenda #9 : 25% Student Discount scheme This scheme has been cancelled.

Agenda #10 : Loyalty Card We will continue with the Loyalty Card Scheme.

Agenda #11 : Carry bags for souvenir sales We will have a simple paper bag with HighGround Logo. Shubhekchha will find out the prices for this.

Agenda #12 : New Designs We will print leaflets and flyers (2 items) with new designs. Shubhekchha will coordinate with the designer for it

Agenda #13 : SMT Media Airport Branding We will only brand in the Arrivals Escalators (International) and Pokhara Airport Arrival and Exit. Shubhekchha will try to final the cost for NPR 550,000/-
