Sir, Your suggestion regarding gifting of tree sappling is a noble idea, and it will have rich results beyond imaginations in near future. I would like to suggest some actions to boost up your green nation building Ideas, 1) Kindly publish articles on various type of trees, Flowering trees ,road side trees, fruit bearing trees ,etc, Engaging park and garden expert / Consultant and by referring to nation book trust (NBT) books of Government of India on this subject. A small colored photo of the tree will be desirable. 2) Arrange seminars / work shop on this subject. 3) Give Books on this subject costing Rs/- 50 to 60 after discount as gift to your subscribers against 60 coupons of your paper. 4) Request the Gov to plant trees on the road dividers as it will be safe than trees planted near the end of the road ,which are chopped off by the shop keeper as it is obstacle for their shop. 5) Request the Gov. to plant trees on the highway dividers as billions of can be planted on these road dividers. Contractors who are responsible for maintenance of Road will maintain their trees.
