Jazz Partnership Tunes Up Programs For Students and Audiences

FluteDaddy, led by utist and jazz promoter Joseph Liberti, and Broadmoor Academy Of Music, headed by pianist and music educator Brad Bietry, today announced a strategic partnership to help more people learn to play, experience and share the joy of music. The FluteDaddy group and the music school, affectionately called BAM by students, will collaborate on music marketing, music development, music education and music performance We are a great match, says Joseph, Brad and I share a passion for music and for helping people realize their possibilities. FluteDaddy is helping BAM make it easier to set up lessons. A new online lesson scheduler enables parents to set up an introductory lesson for their child with just a few clicks. During the lesson, parents receive a free consultation to enable them to make good choices with peace of mind.

On Sunday September 15, BAM will hold an open house at the school at 1223 Lake Plaza Drive, Suite C off Venetucci and Lake Ave. Activities include music performances and an interactive forum. BAM will sponsor The Jazz Soire, a monthly jazz party hosted by FluteDaddy at Soire Art Gallery & Venue. It is a wonderful evening of music in an intimate listening space, said Brad, Im inviting the parents of all our students to come and experience new sounds. Brad will direct the FluteDaddy house band for the jazz parties. On Friday September 6 at 8:00 PM, Brad and Joseph, Joseph Liberti with world class musicians bassist Kim Stone, guitarist Alan Joseph and drummer Mike Marlier, will perform a concert of contemporary jazz at Soire 1003 S.Tejon. Owner and sommelier Michaela Hightower will serve wines from her secret stash at this rst Friday Jazz Soire.
