    Process SMTP with Customs, Form 9 ,obtain concor approval

    Endorses form 9 & gives permission for HAZ. Container if any. Places the Train for loading.

    Receives form 9 & updates SMTPs in system.

    R A I N L O A D I N G

    Generates loading plan as per FIFO.

    Surveys the containers & verify Container Nbr. as per SMTP & checks if container is secured.

    Loads Train & updates system. Gives removal memo to Concor, copy to Customs & CISF.

    R A I N D E P A R T S

    Acknowledges removal memo & instructs CONCOR for removal of Train. Generates reports. 1. Train performance. 2. Outbound list of Cont. Departs Train from the system.

    Departs Train.

    R E P O R T I N G

    Movemen t of container by Train completed .

    Reports sent to shipping lines.
