STATEMENT OF FACTS

Petitioner and respondent were married on DATE OF MARRIAGE, and separated on

6 DATE OF SEPARATION.

7 On or about LIST DATE OF MOST RECENT ORDER the most recent order for spousal
8 support was entered by the court. Said order provided that LIST ALL OF THE RELEVANT
9
TERMS OF THE ORDER SUCH AS AMOUNT OF SPOUSAL SUPPORT AND THAT NO

MODIFICATION IS ALLOWED.

NAME OF OTHER SPOUSE filed an Order to Show Cause and requested that the Court

13 increase the amount of spousal support they receive.

14 NAME OF OPPOSING PARTY opposes the request on the grounds that they do not meet

even one of the criteria required for an increase in spousal support.

such as the order or agreement did not allow for a modification in the

20 amount of spousal support, the other party has not shown that the

current spousal support order did not meet their needs at the time it
