Use the term planner above. As a group, you will need to plan out the first three weeks of Term 3. The plan needs to be detailed and include information for each group member. My advice is that you use your Skydrive to create a collaborative, shared document with your group. This is everyones responsibility. Each company director will need to submit the same plan. Be honest will individuals successes and failures. It is important information that Mr. Burton needs to know.

Everyone has their Investigate, Design and Plan activities all up-to-date and blogged before the start of class. Sofia has to start designing logos. Crystal has to create Facebook and Instagram page. Jessie has to organized sponsorship email. Jessica will plan to set up the stall design. Maddy will figure out how much food we need. Sofia and Crystal will create several posters. Crystal will update the Facebook and Instagram page; - make sure everyone at QMC is added to the page. Jessie will email all sponsors. Jessica will design taco and burrito design Maddy will figure out how much ingredients we need; Jessica can help out if she has finished. Sofia and Crystal will make sure posters are all done to start hanging them up around the school. Jessie and will make sure we have enough money to buy all our products needed. Maddy and Jessica will figure out how much all the ingredients are going to cost.

Sofia will print poster and hang them up around the school at lunch time; making sure all ages of the school can see them. Crystal has to put all posters and advertising on Facebook and Instagram, also plan the Mexican Burrito with Sofia. Jessica will create a prototype of the taco/burrito. Maddy and Jessie will work out which shops we will get all the ingredients from. We will ALL discuss when we will get the ingredients in the weekend; - make sure we all save time in the weekend to do this!! We will sort out who is bringing in what for Monday e.g. slow cookers.
