gestures, hand movements and proper body posture.
f. Decent clothing.
g. Being natural and spontaneous but thoughtful and modest in
responses.
h. Not losing track of responses.
i. Readiness to listen first and then respond.
j. Genuine but tactical responses.
k. Pleasant atmosphere.
