Chicken ala DJ

In a medium sized fairly deep frying pan, sautee the following in olive oil: 1.5 to 2 cups of sliced baby carrots 1.5 to 2 cups of sliced celery 1 to 1.5 cups of sliced yellow onion In the meantime cut into medium sized pieces and microwave for 5 mins, flipping once, 1.5 to 2 pounds of Chicken Breast Add the chicken breast pieces to the pan and pour in the following: 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup 2/3 a can of Campbells Sun-Ripened Yellow Tomato Soup a can of water Simmer for approx. 15 to 20 minutes to reduce and to finish cooking the chicken. Season with black pepper
