Reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect On July 24, 2013, Paul DeWolf, a 25 year old U of M medical student and Air Force Second Lieutenant, was found deceased in his apartment on Ingalls Street. The Ann Arbor Police Department is actively investigating the case as a homicide. The Ann Arbor Police and University of Michigan are offering a reward totaling $10,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect in this case.
