Ingrediente:
1 cana apa 1 cana ulei 1 cana zahar 2 cani faina 1 pachet bicarbonat sodiu o lingurita otet

Mod de preparare:
Intr-o oala mai mare se pune apa la fiert impreuna cu zaharul. Dupa ce a dat un clocot, se adauga uleiul si se trage oala de pe foc. Se adauga faina in ploaie, amestecand continuu, dupa care se pune bicarbonatul stins cu otet. Aluatul capata o consistenta prin apa fiarta. Se foloseste pentru absolut orice fel de umplutura. Are calitatea de a ramane fraged mult timp.
