OPARITORUL si influenta temperaturii asupra structurii de rezistenta a covrugilor:

Caracteristici ale modelului matematic dupa care se va calcula energia de rupere care
reprezinta energia consumata la rupere a covrigilor .Aceasta energie o vom calcula prin
incercarea la incovoiere prin soc a covrigilor.

Inaltimea in care greutatea etalonata de 500g are viteza =0 :


H1 := 0.615m

Masa ciocanului etalonata :

Acceleratia gravitationala:

Proba a fost produsa in data de 10.01.2011.Schimbarile tehnologice au fost facute doar la


oparitor de la 90 de grade la 80 de grade si fara oparire.Probele au fost tinute la aceiasi
temperatura in acelasi loc inchise in pungi.

Concluzie finala:Oparirea are influenta directa asupra structurii de rezistenta a


covrigului.In cazul in care crestem temperatura de oparire de la 80 la 90 de grade,
rezistenta la rupere creste cu aproximativ 3% la fiecare 6 zile.
